With four Turning Centers continually turning out unique parts and tooling for our customers, our operators and programmers have an extensive amount of experience. While some companies are only reading about it, Palma Tool & Die is utilizing live tooling. This gives us the ability to mill, drill and other operations while the turned part is in its original set up. The importance of this is that it limits set up errors and also cuts down on a part’s overall set up time. Accuracy and faster turnaround are a solid winning combination.
