Palma has always been a supporter of the local community. Tony Palma, the founder and original owner, believed that education is the number one factor in success. He trained many apprentices and in turn, Palma has written the guidelines for some of New York State’s apprenticeship programs. Palma also extends it’s experience to educating students in local schools through internships.
